How do I book an apartment?

Booking with Iberorent Apartments is easy and fast. You only have to follow these steps: Click on the following link "HOW TO BOOK".

What is the method of payment?

In order to confirm the booking, you will be required to pay 50% of the total amount. If the total amount of the booking is equal to or less than 1500€, you will be required to pay 100% when booking. The payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Do I have to pay a security deposit for the apartment?

At the moment of reception in the apartment, it will be necessary to authorize a retention of 200€ for a deposit, by means of credit card, in order to guarantee that the apartment and its content are given back in good condition. In no event will a payment with an American Express card be admitted.

The deposit will be returned after your check-out, once we have checked the state and the inventory of the apartment. The deposit may be fully or partially withheld if any damage caused by the customers is noticed in the apartment.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Please note, on the day of your arrival it is mandatory to phone our reception staff 30 minutes before arriving at the apartment, using the number you will find on your booking confirmation. This will be your contact number during your stay.

Check-in time: Between 15:00 and 21:00.
A 30€ surcharge, in cash, will be applied to arrivals between 21:00 h and 24:00 h.
A 70€ surcharge, in cash, will be applied to arrivals later than 24:00 h.
No arrivals will be admitted after 02:00 h.

Check-out time: Before 11:00 h.
If you want to change your check-out time, you will have to contact Iberorent Apartments and we will try to adjust to your needs.

How will I get the keys of the apartment?

Our reception staff will receive you in the apartment to give you the keys and explain the usual functions of the apartment and answer any questions that you have about the area, such as how to move around, where to park, and where to find shops and restaurants etc. At this point, it will be necessary to authorize a retention of 200€ as a deposit, by means of credit card.

Who can help me if I need help or information during my stay?

For any doubt related to the apartment during our stay, do not hesitate to contact our entrance staff with the phone number that you will receive in your booking confirmation. Likewise, you can contact our office either by phone or sending an email

What about our children policy?

Children under 2 (including 2 year-olds) can stay for free and do not count when calculating the maximum capacity of the house. For any question regarding children or cradles, do not hesitate to contact us in our office by phoning or sending an email to

Which is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations and changes must be carried out by email. Cancellations and changes by phone will not be accepted. In any case, changes will only be accepted if the apartment is available.
Cancellations or changes made 5 or more days before the check-in are free of charge.
In cancellations or changes made 5 or fewer days before the check-in, 50% of the full booking amount will be charged.
If the customer doesn't show up to the apartment, 50% of the full booking amount will be charged.

What basic equipment is there in the apartment?

All our apartments are fully equipped (you can see the basic equipment of each apartment on "ACCOMODATION CHARACTERISTICS". Besides, we offer bed and bath linen, basic welcome items, a cleaning kit and toilet paper in the bathrooms. You will not find any basic foodstuff (salt, sugar, oil, etc.).

When will I receive the booking confirmation?

If you pay by credit card and the transaction has been completed successfully, you will automatically receive a confirmation on your email.
If you pay by bank transfer, you will get an email with a booking confirmation between 24 and 48 hours after we have received the payment.
