Niza La Concha is a big apartment with great views of La Concha Bay and an amazing terrace of 25m². It is situated in San Martin Street, in the Centre of San Sebastian, very close to La Concha Beach and less than 5 minutes away from the Old Town. The apartment has been completely remodelled using first rate materials and furniture and it is fully equipped. There is air conditioning in the lounge room.

There are two double bedrooms, a lounge-dining room with a comfortable double sofa-bed of 140cm, two bathrooms with wide shower tubs and a modern open plan kitchen, equipped with top-range appliances and complete kitchenware. The accommodation is perfect for a small family or two couples planning to spend an unforgettable holiday in San Sebastian. This apartment has no private parking but you will find a public parking 150m away.
